New leaders will drive digital solutions that accelerate care for the critically ill

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK, USA, March 10, 2022 / — When time means life or death for patients with serious diagnoses, eHealth Technologies™ offers powerful digital solutions that advance the delivery of life-changing care.

By quickly retrieving, organizing, and consolidating medical information, pathology reports, and images from disparate systems into searchable digital medical records, eHealth Technologies transforms hundreds of pages of patient information into one powerful, easy-to-use tool. that expedites appointments, care, and treatment for patients with critical health needs, such as cancer treatment and organ transplantation.

Each year, eHealth Technologies helps hundreds of thousands of patients.

Since opening in 2006, eHealth Technologies has helped 2.2 million patients receive timely care. Patients like Melissa, diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer at age 31 when she was eight months pregnant.

“When you work with the best cancer facilities in the country, you have a waiting period when you’re seen by a doctor, and eHealth Technologies cuts that time in half,” Melissa recalls. “I’m happy to be alive, to breathe another day and to see my daughter grow.” See Melissa’s story (

Even with a daunting diagnosis, it usually takes weeks or even months for a patient to receive care. It can take two to three weeks for hospitals to gather patient medical records due to staffing shortages or other factors. eHealth Technologies strives to deliver records within five days, allowing care teams to spend more time with patients instead of office work.

eHealth Technologies reaches important milestones.

eHealth Technologies now helps more than 100 of the nation’s top hospitals, including 17 of the top 20 hospitals on the US News & World Report Honor List. eHealth Technologies has been instrumental in transforming patient care.

“The biggest benefit of working with eHealth Technologies is time. We no longer waste time waiting for patient approvals or chasing slides and image studies from pathology and radiology departments. eHealth Technologies helps us to do our job more effectively,” said Nicole Thomas, Councillor, Memorial Sloan Kettering.
